Another night with PUSHROD

The guys in PUSHROD let me sit in and play with them again during their gig at Big Slicks in Westminster. Big thanks to Jimmy who was filling in for Dan, for letting me use his bass for a few songs. Wall-E

If you know me you know I love movies.I love old movies, new movies, comedies, dramas, romantic movies and so on and so on. Lately though there have been some real bad movies even involving some of my favorite actors.(Sorry Mr.DeNiro) I have enjoyed everything that Pixar has put out since they began making films.I'm an artist but if I had any real talent I would be working with these guys. What a great job creating worlds for others to enjoy all the while making those people relate to your art like it is a real person. Two of my favorites are Toy Story and Cars but my new favorite just might be Wall-E. This film doesn't have a conversation between human voices until about 35 minutes into the film but you still care about the main character and feel his loneliness. That's amazing and it all starts with an artist drawing with a pencil. What a great job to have and a great film!
